Welcome to the home page for Nice Ash Cigars & Lounge. Opened in July 2007. After 10 years as a successful wholesale distributor and web marketer (E-tailer) it was apparent that we were doing things backwards. Everyone we know in the business started out as a retail store and expanded into the wholesale and web markets. Well, with all our contacts in place and lots of experience we decided to venture into the retail tobacco business. The things that we saw hurt other retail tobacconists were: 1. Lack of commitment 2. Lack of inventory 3. Short hours 4. No decent place to smoke - Especially in New York where you are not able to smoke in public places except tobacco related businesses 5. No activities or events to support the store and encourage customers to return regularly 6. No sales or customer appreciation
Our MissionOur mission is to be the Retail Tobacconist EXAMPLE! We have seen the best retail stores and the worst over the last 10+ years. We are committed to carrying a huge selection of cigars that totals almost 300 brands of cigars and over 2,000 sizes, shapes, and wrappers in open boxes in our huge 400 square foot walk-in retail humidor. In addition we have another 200 square foot humidor that is dedicated to stacks of unopened boxes. We are open an average of 10 hours a day and longer when special events or sporting events demand it. We are committed to having a wide array of amenities available for our lounge clients. Our 850 square foot lounge offers the following: 1. Large club chairs for relaxing 2. Large HD TV for sporting events and movies 3. Both air cleaning and smoke removal 4. 8 ft Pool Table 5. 10 person tournament poker table and conference table 6. 8 person poker table 7. wi-fi internet connection 8. high speed internet computer for customer use 9. Electronic dart board 10. plenty of ashtrays 11. Clean Bathroom with Gentlemen Ammenaties 12. Board games 13. music 14. welcoming decor We are also committed to enjoying ourselves with our customers. We strive to continually promote our business and the cigars we sell, through events and tastings. In addition, we will pass on any and all factory promotions to our clientele in the form of sales and giveaways.
